includes all repro/setup charges, only shipping are added.
You may choose standard (airmail), parcel or express (TNT Global Express) shipping at checkout. Most
clients prefer
standard shipping cause it's very cheap, but rember there's no
tracking or insurance unless you pay for it. You can add shipping insurance on checkout, it will add 5%
to the purchase amount.
Photo
preview are only available on orders of 1000 or more picks, but
preview of graphic layout are available upon request.
Alternative
payment methods:
Money
orders and cheques are charged extra $20.00 USD per payment. This fee
covers the bank charges and manual registration of your order. If
you like to order this way, just send us an mail with all details.
SHIPPING:
Time
of delivery: Usually 2-3 weeks + shipping from order/payment/artwork received. If you need it
by a specific date, please ask us BEFORE you order.

Cancelling
and refund
Orders may be cancelled within 24hours after purchase.
After 24h: We
refund (or ship a new batch) ONLY if we have done some mistake, like
printing wrong logo, wrong color, wrong gauge, wrong qty's and stuff
like that. If you want refund, please mail us, refering to your cart ID (4 digits) and full name and
e-mail address that was used with your order.
We will keep the fee related to the bank transaction if you cancel.
If the fault is on our side, we will do 100% refund.
If you
order wrong color combination like black on black or white on white,
we will change the print color to a more suitable color without
asking.
