SHIPPING:
Time
of delivery (lead time): For custom printed Acetal picks, read
delivery info upper right corner. For other products like photo
picks and stock items, we usually ship in 3 days.
Remember, shipping time is 3-10 business days, depending on where
you are located in the world..
If you need it
by a specific date, please ask us BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.

Cancelling
and refund
Orders may be cancelled within 24hours after purchase.
After 24h: We
refund (or ship a new batch) ONLY if we have done some mistake, like
printing wrong logo, wrong color, wrong gauge, wrong qty's and stuff
like that. If you want refund, please mail us, refering to your cart ID
(5 digits) and full name and
e-mail address that was used with your order.
We will keep the fee related to the bank transaction if you cancel. If the fault is on our side, we will do 100% refund.
If you
order wrong color combination like black on black or white on white,
we will change the print color to a more suitable color without
asking.

Pickfactory accept payments via PayPal and
WorldPay which accept all major credit cards. Orders are
valid when payment are Authorized by our payment
providers.
For larger orders, we accept bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT). |

| Special orders, wholesale and distributors
: |
We accept order of ANY size, and we do
business with a lot of companies all over the world. These
orders are typically larger than 1000 picks, or special
orders like full color printed Acetal picks, attached
keyrings, necklaces or special packaging, special shape,
express orders..
For quote, please send all details by e-mail including your
full company invoice and delivery address. Please include
deadline for delivery. |
