Q : How do I send the logo?

A : First, place your order and do the payment. After av few minutes, you get the confirmation e-mail that reads "Thank you for your order". Reply and attach your image file. If you do not get this order confirmation, please check your spam filters.

(Do NOT reply to the receipt from the payment processors PayPal, WorlPay or 2Checkout.)
If you don't receive the order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spamfilter, or contact us.

Q : What format should the image file be?

A : We work with different formats, but we really appreciate Jpg. 
Remember, for Acetal picks the image file must be 2 color, black on white background.

Q : How can I track my order?

A : Well, in fact, most people do not choose trackable shipping cause it's very expensive. If you choose standard shipping, you are not able to track your order. If you choose trackable shipping method we e-mail you the tracking number after the package are shipped.

Q : Does the print fade off?

A : Most prints sticks very good and usually outlast the pick. But there are several things that affects the quality, especially how wet fingers you have :-)

Q : When can I expect my picks?

A : For custom printed Acetal picks, please read the shipping info upper right corner. If you need them sooner, just let us know and we'll rush your order.
For photo picks and standard items, these are usually shipped in less than a week.
Shipping time (standard shipping) to Europe is 3-5 working days, USA, Canada and Australia is 4-10 working days. Be aware of delays last weeks of December...
If you need them by a spesific date, ask us before ordering please..

Q : How much is the postage?

A : It depends on weight and destination. You can find the exact charge by making an order (you don't need to complete the order to see the shipping charges). 

Q : How safe is it to use my credit card in your store?

A : The transaction itself is handled by www.worldpay.com,  www.2checkout.com and www.PayPal.com and not Pickfactory. These are well known companies. Follow the links and check out their policies.
