Q : How do I send the logo?

A : First you order. Then you get the confirmation e-mail "Thank you for your order" in a few minutes. Reply and attach your image file. You can read about the image specifications here : http://www.pickfactory.com/designing.htm
(Do NOT reply to the receipt from the payment processors PayPal, WorlPay or 2Checkout.)

Q : Does the print fade off?

A : All colors sticks very good. If fact, they usually outlast the pick.

Q : When can I expect my picks?

A : Custom printed picks are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks from order/payment/graphic received (delays are announced upper right corner all webpages). Picks at stock (pre-made) are usually shipped within 2 working days. 
Shipping to UK takes 2-5 working days, USA takes 4-10 working days by standard shipping. If you need them by a spesific date, ask us before ordering please..

Q : How much is the postage?

A : It depends on weight and destination. You can find the exact charge by making an order (you don't need to complete the order to see the shipping charges). 

Q : How safe is it to use my credit card in your store?

A : The transaction itself is handled by www.worldpay.com,  www.2checkout.com and www.PayPal.com and not Pickfactory. These are well known companies. Follow the links and check out their policies.

Q : Can I ask you to ship to a differen address?

A : Order address=shipping address. So, please enter correct shipping address when you order.
